Lush and tender omelette cooked in the microwave! A classic omelette cooked in a microwave oven is quick, tasty and easy! An omelet is prepared in literally 10 minutes, but it turns out to be very tender and fluffy!

Ingredients

  • Eggs, beaten
    2 pcs.
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp.
  • Diced fully cooked ham
    2 tbsp.
  • Diced green bell pepper
    1 tbsp.
  • Salt and pepper
    to taste

Method

  • Prepare a large microwave-safe mug by spraying the inside generously with cooking spray.

  • Place all ingredients in the mug and stir to mix.

  • Microwave on high for one minute. Check the omelet. If the egg is not completely set, continue to microwave in 20 second intervals until it is completely set. Run a knife around the edges of the omelet and slide it onto a serving plate.
