To cook eggs in a water bath is easy. Only put the right temperature and wait until it is done. This omelette recipe goes well with fresh vegetables and herbs. Also it can be served without anything.

Method

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Break the eggs. Beat with a fork or whisk. Season with salt and your favorite spices.

  • Then pour the milk in a bowl. Mix well.

  • Take a baking dish, grease it with butter. Then cover with egg mixture.

  • Take high-sided, pan cake fill it with water and place a baking dish in it. Cook for about 30 minutes.
