Omelette is a simple meal for breakfast, made of eggs and milk. To cook a fluffy omelette follow the direction. Sprinkle with herbs and vegetables before serving.

Method

  • Break the eggs in a bowl. Beat with a fork, whisk or mixer. Season with salt.

  • Pour the milk into the egg mixture. Mix well.

  • Take a baking dish, grease it with butter. Pour the egg mixture into it. Preheat the oven and put the dish in it. Cook for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
