Method

  • Take a small bowl and pour water and soy sauce into it. Add the brown sugar and mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves. Break the eggs into the liquid and whisk them to a fluffy foam. 

  • Use your favorite meat: beef, pork or chicken. Fry it with vegetable oil to the desired tenderness.

  • Take the butter and melt it in a dry frying pan. Pour the eggs into a frying pan with the butter and fry over low-heat. After 2 minutes, put the meat on top of the omelette and wrap its edges. Fry the Japanese sweet omelette for a few more minutes. Turn it over periodically.

  • The perfect omelette should be thin. You need to twist it so that the meat filling must be inside of the tube. Japanese sweet omelette is ready!
