Ketosher Omelette with bacon

Let's cook a delicious breakfast together, rich in vitamins and proteins. It will take not much time to cook. Ketosher omelette with bacon is very easy to cook. In our recipe, the filling is only bacon, but if you desire you can add cheese or vegetables. Cook this omelette according to our recipe.

  • Coconut oil
    2 tbsp
  • Bacon
    4 slices

  • Break the egg into a bowl and add heavy cream (35%). Beat the eggs mixture with a mixer until smooth. 

  • Fry bacon slices in vegetable oil or melted butter. Bacon should get golden brown. Transfer it on a paper towel to drain the fat. 

  • Put a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Melt the coconut oil on it and heat it up. Pour in the eggs and reduce the heat. Cover the omelette with a lid, it should rise. After 5 minutes, turn the omelette over with a spatula and put the bacon on one side. Wrap the other side of the bacon in an omelette. Fry for about 2 minutes. Transfer the omelette with bacon to a plate and eat it hot. 


  • Coconut oil is an ingredient for the classic ketosher omelette. But you can use vegetable oil or butter if you want. 

  • If you want less calories, then fry the ham in a frying pan without oil.
