If you are on a diet, cook omelette in a microwave. Add more vegetables to make the dish juicy. Instead of tomatoes, you can use sweet pepper, ham and mushrooms.

  • Tomatoes

  • Herbs
    3 bundles
  • Grated hard cheese

  • Salt, ground pepper

Method

  • Break the eggs in a bowl. Beat with a fork, whisk or mixer. 

  • Pour the milk into the egg mixture. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Rinse the tomatoes, cut them into a random shape. Add to the egg mixture.

  • Rinse the herbs under running water, finely cut.

  • Grate the cheese.

  • Mix all the ingredients. Then pour the egg mixture into a deep bowl, bake in a microwave for 5 minutes.

    • Buy farm-fresh, antibiotic free and natural eggs. Use only fresh ones, to get a fluffy and tasty dishes. Pay attention to the expiration dates.
    • The eggs are usually good for 1 month or even more if you properly keep them in the refrigerator. Put into the fridge immediately after purchase.
