An Italian recipe of omelette. It is made of eggs, Mozarella cheese, cherry tomatoes and basil. To get a tasty dish, choose fresh foods from your supermarket.

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Mozarella cheese

  • Butter
    3 tbsp.
  • Chopped basil leaves
    1 tbsp.
  • Olive oil
    to taste
  • Salt, ground pepper
    to taste

Method

  • Break the eggs in a bowl. Beat with a fork. Season with salt or black pepper.

  • Rinse the tomatoes under running water, cut in half. The same cut Mozzarella cheese.

  • Rinse the fresh basil leaves under running water, finely cut.

  • Heat the frying pan, add butter. When the butter is melted, add the tomatoes. Brown them for a minute and pour in egg mixture. Wait for 20-30 second, add cheese and basil leaves. Remove from stove. In a minute spray with olive oil.
