Omelette is usually cooked in a frying pan. But if you want to get a fluffy dish, put it into the oven. This is the ideal meal for breakfast or lunch. Serve hot. Garnish with herbs or grated cheese.

Method

  • Break the eggs in a bowl. Beat with a fork or use a mixer. Pour in milk, season with your favorite spices and mix well.

  • Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil and pour in the egg mixture. Brown until half cooked.

  • Then transfer to a baking dish, grease it with vegetable oil and put in the oven. Bake at 392 F until golden brown.
