Don’t have time for cooking breakfast? Make a quick omelette with Gruyere cheese. It is a delicious and hearty meal for whole family. Serve hot, garnished with green onion or vegetables.

  • Break the eggs in a bowl. Beat with a fork or use a mixer.

  • Grate Gruyere cheese.

  • Heat the frying pan, pour in olive oil. When the oil is warmed up, add butter.

  • Then pour in the egg mixture to the pan, stirring constantly with a whisk in a circular motion. Stop stirring when the egg mixture begins to thicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese, season with spices. Fold in half, using a spatula and serve.
