Method

  • To cook a delicious omelette with shrimps and cheese, firstly you need to prepare all the ingredients. Mix the beaten eggs with water and beat them until a smooth consistency.

  • Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Melt a small piece of butter in a frying pan, spread it over the bottom with a spatula. Use vegetable oil as desired. Pour the egg-water mixture into a hot frying pan and spread it over the bottom. Arrange the chopped shrimps in a circle and in the center of the egg mixture. Then add the chopped parsley and scallions. Cover the omelette with a lid. Fry it for approx.15 minutes. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the top of the omelette, let it melt for a minute.
