Western Omelette is one of the most delicious omelettes. You can cook it really easily and fast. You definitely have all the necessery ingredients in your fridge. You don't have to think about what to eat for breakfast. Just use our recipe. The dish contains a lot of protein and carbohydrates. Western Omelette can be eaten with bread or porridge. So let’s cook!


  • Butter
    2 tbsp.
  • Eggs
    4 pcs
  • Green bell pepper/red bell pepper
    0,5 cup
  • Onion
    0,5 cup
  • Ham
    3 slices
  • Cheddar cheese
    0,5 cup
  • Salt, pepper, greens
    to taste

  • Crack three eggs into a deep bowl and whisk them till frothy. Set aside.

  • Melt the butter in a frying pan. Turn on the medium heat. Chop the onion. Put chopped onion in the frying pan. 3 minutes will be enough for the onion to fry.

  • Also chop the bell peppers (red or green) and put it into a frying pan, where we have onions. Fry till the vegetables are soft. Similarly, chop the ham finely. Place it in a frying pan and fry for another 1 - 2 minutes.

  • Then pour the eggs into the vegetables and ham. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Сover with a lid, turn down the heat to low. Fry for about 5 mins. When the egg mixture becomes dense, turn the omelette with a spatula. Fry the omelette on the other side for another minute.

  • Grate the cheddar cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the omelette. Cover with the lid and wait for the cheese to melt.

  • Serve the hot omelette to the table. Bon Appetit!


  • If you like the creamy taste of the omelette, add one tablespoon of sour cream to the egg mixture.
