Add oat flakes, cinnamon, salt, milk, and cashew butter.
Then mix all the ingredients well in a jar(s) and then put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
When oatmeal and carrots have absorbed the liquids and swelled, you can eat.
You can also add nuts, they go well with carrot overnight oats.
