Overnight Oats is a perfect breakfast for those who are often in a rush in the mornings. Fast, tasty and healthy!

  • Carrot
    2 pieces
  • Salt
    2 pinches
  • Cinnamon
    2 tsp
  • Cashew butter
    2 tsp
  • Steel cut oats
    3,5 oz

Method

  • Coarsely grate the carrot, then put it in a container(s) or a glass jar(s).

  • Add oat flakes, cinnamon, salt, milk, and cashew butter.

  • Then mix all the ingredients well in a jar(s) and then put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.

  • When oatmeal and carrots have absorbed the liquids and swelled, you can eat.

Tips

  • You can also add nuts, they go well with carrot overnight oats.
