Wash the pear the night before, then remove its core and chop into small pieces. Mix half of the chopped pear with oat flakes, cocoa and oat milk in a bowl. Then divide into two glasses and refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes. Set the remaining pear aside.
Coarsely chop the walnuts the next morning. Decorate the overnight oats with the remaining pear, walnuts, and cocoa beans.
You can decorate your overnight oats with other fruits and berries.
You can use almond, soy or coconut milk instead of oat milk.
