Peel and cut the bananas the night before. Put bananas with almond milk and gingerbread seasoning in a high-performance blender and puree them. Stir in the oat flakes. Divide into two glasses and refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes.
The next morning, decorate with the remaining oat flakes and remaining gingerbread seasoning.
You can use coconut milk instead of almond milk.
