This overnight oats variation is perfect for cold days and makes you feel good in the morning. This breakfast is also very healthy and contains natural fiber.

  • Almond milk

  • Spices for gingerbread
    2 tsp
  • Small oat flakes
    3,5 oz

Method

  • Peel and cut the bananas the night before. Put bananas with almond milk and gingerbread seasoning in a high-performance blender and puree them. Stir in the oat flakes. Divide into two glasses and refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes.

  • The next morning, decorate with the remaining oat flakes and remaining gingerbread seasoning.

Tips

  • You can use coconut milk instead of almond milk.

  • You can also add cocoa powder in the preparation stage.
