Take a glass jar(s) and pour the oat flakes.

Add salt. Add the agave syrup if you like sweet oats.
Put a glass jar(s) or a container(s) in the refrigerator overnight or at least for 3 hours.
Peel the bananas and cut them into rings. Place them on top of your overnight oats.
You can use honey instead of agave syrup.
