Method

  • Take a glass jar(s) and pour the oat flakes.

  • Then add the indicated amount of milk and mix with the flakes.

  • Add salt. Add the agave syrup if you like sweet oats.

  • Put a glass jar(s) or a container(s) in the refrigerator overnight or at least for 3 hours.

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into rings. Place them on top of your overnight oats.

Tips

  • You can use honey instead of agave syrup.
