The night before, peel the mango and cut its flesh into cubes. Add crushed cardamom.
Mix yogurt, cardamom, lemon juice and mango in a blender or with a hand mixer.
Add oat flakes and divide into two bowls. Put them covered in the refrigerator overnight.
The next morning, decorate with freeze-dried raspberries, cocoa beans, strawberries and blueberries.
You can easily modify the recipe to suit your tastes, for example, you can add rose water or turmeric.
You can also vary the toppings. For example, dried strawberries or other nuts and seeds can be used instead of dried raspberries.
