Here is another variation of oatmeal for the night with the addition of an exotic fruit — mango, which gives the dish a pleasant sour taste.

  • Cardamom
    1 pod
  • Yogurt (3.5% fat)
    7 oz
  • Lemon juice
    1 tbsp
  • Small oat flakes
    2,8 oz
  • Freeze-dried raspberries
    2 tbsp
  • Cocoa beans
    2 tbsp
  • Strawberries
    4 berries
  • Blueberries
    0,7 oz

Method

  • The night before, peel the mango and cut its flesh into cubes. Add crushed cardamom.

  • Mix yogurt, cardamom, lemon juice and mango in a blender or with a hand mixer.

  • Add oat flakes and divide into two bowls. Put them covered in the refrigerator overnight.

  • The next morning, decorate with freeze-dried raspberries, cocoa beans, strawberries and blueberries.

Tips

  • You can easily modify the recipe to suit your tastes, for example, you can add rose water or turmeric.

     

  • You can also vary the toppings. For example, dried strawberries or other nuts and seeds can be used instead of dried raspberries.
