Wash the strawberries the night before and remove stalks. Puree or blend strawberries with coconut yoghurt, buttermilk, vanilla and lime juice.
Add oats and millet flakes, cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, wash the raspberries and gooseberries. Then sprinkle your overnight oats with grated coconut.
Instead of millet flakes, you can use oat flakes.
You can also decorate your overnight oats with nuts.
