The combination of lime, strawberry and coconut will make your breakfast unusual and delicious!

  • Coconut yoghurt
    4,6 oz
  • Buttermilk
    5,3 oz
  • Ground vanilla
    1 pinch
  • Lime juice
    1 drop
  • Small oat flakes
    1,8 oz
  • Millet flakes
    0,4 oz
  • Raspberries
    1,8 oz
  • Gooseberries
    2,8 oz
  • Grated coconut
    1 tbsp

Method

  • Wash the strawberries the night before and remove stalks. Puree or blend strawberries with coconut yoghurt, buttermilk, vanilla and lime juice.

  • Add oats and millet flakes, cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • The next morning, wash the raspberries and gooseberries. Then sprinkle your overnight oats with grated coconut.

Tips

  • Instead of millet flakes, you can use oat flakes.

  • You can also decorate your overnight oats with nuts.
