  • Small oat flakes
    2,8 oz
  • Oat milk
    8,1 fl. oz
  • Ground almonds
    2 tbsp
  • Raisins
    2 tbsp
  • Apple
    1 piece
  • Coconut oil
    2 tsp
  • Ceylon cinnamon powder
    2 tsp

  • The night before, mix oat flakes with oat milk, ground almonds and raisins in a bowl. Divide into two bowls and refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes.

  • The next morning, wash the apple, remove its core and cut. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. Fry the chopped apple over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Then sprinkle with cinnamon. Place apple slices and cinnamon on top of your overnight oats.


  • You can also add some yoghurt and lemon to give the dish new pleasant flavors.
