The night before, mix oat flakes with oat milk, ground almonds and raisins in a bowl. Divide into two bowls and refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes.
The next morning, wash the apple, remove its core and cut. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. Fry the chopped apple over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Then sprinkle with cinnamon. Place apple slices and cinnamon on top of your overnight oats.
You can also add some yoghurt and lemon to give the dish new pleasant flavors.
