  • Ground flaxseed
    2 tsp
  • Milk
    8,1 fl. oz
  • Yoghurt
    4 tsp
  • Honey
    2 tsp
  • Blueberries
    10,6 oz

Method

  • Mix oat flakes, ground flaxseed, milk and yoghurt in a bowl. Then sweeten with honey. It is better to add milk little by little until the mixture acquires your favorite consistency.

  • Wash the blueberries. Then put berries and the oat mixture alternately in a glass.It is better to start with oats. Cover and put it in the refrigerator.

Tips

  • Add almonds or any other nuts of your choice on top of the oats or directly into the mixture.
