Overnight Oats with Chocolate and Cherries

  • Cherries (with pit)
    14,1 oz
  • Water
    1,7 fl. oz
  • Chia seeds
    2 tbsp
  • Small oat flakes
    2,1 oz
  • Almond milk
    6,8 fl. oz
  • Coconut yogurt
    1,8 oz
  • Cocoa powder
    1 tbsp
  • Ground vanilla
    1 pinch
  • Cocoa beans
    2 tbsp

  • The night before, wash and dry the cherries with paper towels, then cut in half and remove the pits. Mix three quarters of cherries with water. Then add chia seeds and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight.

  • Mix oats with cocoa powder, yogurt, almond milk and ground vanilla. Pour into two bowls or glasses and refrigerate overnight.

  • The next morning, add cherry jam to your overnight oats. Sprinkle with remaining cherries and decorate with cocoa beans.


  • You can use Greek yogurt instead of coconut yogurt.
