The night before, mix oat flakes with the oat milk and cinnamon in a bowl. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
Wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the core and cut into pieces. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the apple slices with raisins for 3-4 minutes. Spread the apple slices and raisins over the oat mixture and refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes.
Coarsely chop the walnut kernels the next morning. Decorate the overnight oats with chopped walnuts and remaining cinnamon.
You can use almond, soy or coconut milk instead of oat milk.
You can also add honey if you want to make the overnight oats sweeter.
