There are a lot of good reasons to eat oats every day: it is not only tasty, but also very nutritious, and chocolate adds a nice sweet note, making this recipe more interesting.

    4 pieces
  • Small oat flakes
    2,8 oz
  • Ceylon cinnamon powder
    1 tsp
  • Ground vanilla
    1 pinch
  • Cocoa beans
    2 tbsp
  • Dried orange zest
    0,5 tsp

Method

  • Squeeze juice from oranges the night before. Mix juice with oat flakes, cinnamon and vanilla. Divide the mixture into two bowls and refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes.

  • The next morning, decorate the overnight oats with the remaining cinnamon, cocoa beans, and orange zest.
