A very simple and quick recipe for breakfast — oatmeal with pear.

  • Oat flakes
    1 cup
  • Milk
    11,8 fl. oz
  • Chia seeds
    2 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar
    2 packages
  • Honey
    2 tbsp
  • Ripe pear
    2 pieces
  • Ground cinnamon
    2 pinches
  • Ground cloves
    2 pinches
  • Nutmeg
    2 pinches
  • Salt
    2 pinches

Method

  • Wash and peel the pear. Then remove its seeds and cut the peer into small cubes.

  • Mix all ingredients well in a jar with a tight-fitting lid (you need a jar with a volume of 16 oz), close it and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy your breakfast!

Tips

  • You can use vanilla pod instead of sugar, then the vanilla aftertaste will be more intense.
