Pour oat flakes into a glass jar.
Puree the watermelon and tomatoes. Add milk and cinnamon to the puree and mix well. Then add oat flakes.
Cut the remaining watermelon into pieces and place on top of the oats, sprinkle with chia seeds, then refrigerate at least 40 minutes or overnight.
You can use millet flakes instead of oat flakes.
