Overnight oats with watermelon and tomato

  • Almond milk
    5,4 fl. oz
  • Chia seeds
    3 tsp
  • Watermelon
    7 oz
  • Cinnamon
    2 pinches
  • Tomato
    2,5 oz

Method

  • Pour oat flakes into a glass jar.

  • Puree the watermelon and tomatoes. Add milk and cinnamon to the puree and mix well. Then add oat flakes.

  • Cut the remaining watermelon into pieces and place on top of the oats, sprinkle with chia seeds, then refrigerate at least 40 minutes or overnight.

Tips

  • You can use millet flakes instead of oat flakes.
