It’s hard not to love the convenience of overnight oats. Just take a yoghurt, oats, some seeds and spices, mix everything well and, of course, peanut butter will make this mixture extra-special.

  • Ground bourbon vanilla

  • Gluten-free oat flakes
    6,3 oz
  • Oat milk
    10,8 fl. oz
  • Chia seeds
    1 oz
  • Coconut yoghurt
    5,3 oz
  • Maple syrup
    1,5 fl. oz
  • Cocoa powder
    1 oz
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

  • Put all the oatmeal ingredients in a bowl, stir with a spoon until well mixed, cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • Decorate with peanuts, peanut butter and chocolate chips, if desired.

Tips

  • We recommend sifting the cocoa to dissolve any small lumps.
