Overnight oats with protein is a very nutritious "energizer" that will give you a healthy start to the day.

  • Chia seeds

  • Hemp protein powder
    1 tsp
  • Hemp seeds

  • Berries
    to taste
  • Coconut shaving

Method

  • Mix oat flakes, hemp seeds, chia seeds and coconut shaving with milk, put in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.

  • The next morning, add about 1 teaspoon of hemp protein. If you like sweet oats, add some maple syrup, then decorate with berries and enjoy!

  • You can also decorate your overnight oats with nuts.
