  • Ground cinnamon
    0,5 tsp.
  • Probiotic yoghurt
    5,3 fl. oz.
  • Ground linseed
    2 tbsp.
  • Porridge oats
    3,5 oz.
  • Skimmed milk
    17,6 fl. oz.
  • Agave syrup
    to taste

  • To make this porridge, you need to mix together the 3.50 oz. of oats, 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon, one peeled and grated apple, and 17. 63 fl. oz. of milk in your saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring periodically, then reduce the heat and continue cooking for 6 minutes, stirring throughout the cooking time.

  • Once the oats are cooked, stir in the ground linseeds and divide the mixture into the bowls. Top each bowl with a bit of yoghurt, add a drop of agave syrup and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.


  • You can also add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor of the oats. Just be sure to taste the oats and gently season them to your liking before they're fully cooked.
