Start by combining tahini, 1 tablespoon of water, and 1 tablespoon of almond milk in a small bowl. In a pan, mix together oats, cardamom seeds, 1 sliced banana, 10.6 ounces of water, 3.5 ounces of milk and some salt. Cook the oat mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 6 minutes.
Divide the oats mixture between the bowls. Pour a small amount of milk over each bowl, then add the banana slices. Finally, add the fried sesame seeds and pour the tahini paste over the top. Serve and enjoy!
If you prefer your porridge sweeter, you can add a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of brown sugar to the oats while they are cooking.
