  • Tahini paste
    1 tbsp.
  • Mashed cardamom
    2 pods
  • Banana (sliced)
    2 pcs.
  • Oats
    3,5 oz.
  • Fried sesame seeds
    1 tbsp.
  • Almond milk
    3,3 fl. oz.

  • Start by combining tahini, 1 tablespoon of water, and 1 tablespoon of almond milk in a small bowl. In a pan, mix together oats, cardamom seeds, 1 sliced banana, 10.6 ounces of water, 3.5 ounces of milk and some salt. Cook the oat mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 6 minutes.

  • Divide the oats mixture between the bowls. Pour a small amount of milk over each bowl, then add the banana slices. Finally, add the fried sesame seeds and pour the tahini paste over the top. Serve and enjoy!


  • If you prefer your porridge sweeter, you can add a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of brown sugar to the oats while they are cooking.
