Berry and nut butter porridge

Easy and healthy breakfast. The energy boost from this oatmeal is enough to last the whole day.


  • Porridge oats
    2 cups
  • Almond milk
    16,8 fl oz
  • Ground cinnamon
    to taste
  • Runny honey or maple syrup
    2 tbsp.
  • Frozen berries
    2 cups.
  • Almond butter
    2 tbsp.
  • Pecan, chopped
    a handful

  • In a saucepan, place the oat flakes, poured with almond milk. Add the cinnamon and honey and cook over low heat for 5 minutes until the flakes have swollen, and the consistency is creamy.

  • Add the frozen berries to the cooked oatmeal and simmer everything for another 2 minutes, then add the almond butter. Place the ready oatmeal in a bowl and garnish with pecans.
