  • Quinoa

  • Almond milk
    8,4 fl oz
  • Coconut water
    3,2 fl oz
  • Coconut sugar
    2 tbsp.
  • Cocoa powder
    1 tbsp.
  • Strawberries
    3,4 oz
  • Cocoa nibs
    2 tbsp.
  • Coconut chips
    2 tbsp.

  • In a saucepan, fill the quinoa with coconut water and almond milk and add the coconut sugar and cocoa powder. Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

  • Transfer the cooked porridge to a plate, put strawberries in it and sprinkle with cocoa nibs and coconut chips. Can also be served with different kinds of seeds and nuts.
