Method

  • Bring the oat milk with cinnamon to a boil. Now add the semolina and let it boil for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. If lumps form, continue to stir with a whisk.

  • Take the saucepan off the heat, cover with a lid and let it brew for a few minutes. In the meantime, heat the butter in a small pan, chop the apple and sauté it for a few minutes with a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of cardamom.

  • Divide the porridge into the bowls, put the apple pieces on top, garnish with dried berries and coconut shaving.
