A phenomenal chicken quiche recipe. It is perfect for those times when you have no idea what to prepare for a delicious and quick meal, with ingredients that you probably already have in the fridge.


  • Boiled chicken breast
    10,5 oz.
  • Sweet cream
    9 fl. oz.
  • Cheese
    9 oz.
  • Pitted olives halved
    3 oz.
  • Eggs
    6 pcs.
  • Sweet red pepper
    3 pcs.
  • Chopped parsley
    3 tbsp.
  • Salt and pepper
    a pinch
  • Dough for quiche
    6 pcs.

  • Mix the eggs with the sweet cream for cooking with a fork, add a little pepper and salt.

  • Grate the cheese and chop the vegetables and chicken. Assemble the tart. In the tart crust, add the chicken at the base, then the olives, the roasted pepper, the parsley, and the grated cheese. Lastly, pour over the egg mixture.

  • Put the tart in the oven at 365° F for 40 minutes.


  • Use any kind of vegetables you like (tomatoes, eggplant, squash, broccoli also work very well).

  • Optionally, you can use salmon or tuna fish instead of chicken meat.
