A very aromatic recipe, perfect for breakfast. The filling of spinach, bacon and cheese gives it a fantastic smell and taste. The recipe is healthy due to the intake of vitamins provided by the vegetables.


  • Bacon
    6,9 oz.
  • Butter
    0,9 cubes
  • Medium onion
    1,5 pc.
  • Button mushrooms
    4,8 oz.
  • Ham
    4,8 oz.
  • Cheddar cheese
    3 oz.
  • Parmesan
    3 oz.
  • Feta cheese
    3 oz.
  • Spinach
    9 oz.
  • Sour cream
    4,8 fl.oz.

  • Cook the sliced bacon for 4 minutes in a heated pan with a cube of butter. Leave the bacon on a napkin to drain the fat. Chop it up.

  • Finely chop the onion, slice the mushrooms and ham.

  • In a bowl, grate all the types of cheese and mix with a spoon. 

  • Sauté the onion in a pan for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms on top of the onion and saute for 2 minutes with the lid on. At the end, add the ham, the bacon and mix until they are all fried together for 5 minutes.

  • Fry the spinach in a preheated pan with a cube of butter for 2 minutes. In a clean bowl, add the spinach with the sweet cream. Season and mix well with a whisk.

  • In a springform tin, place the dough, pour inside the spinach mixture, add the vegetables, the bacon mixture and the grated cheese, all together.

  • Break the eggs into a bowl and mix well with the whisk until it forms a homogenous texture. Add the sweet cream and the chopped parsley. Add the spices.

  • Pour the liquid over the filling and bake everything for 40 minutes at 365° F.


  • For a complete breakfast, serve the tart with a cup of tea. 

  • Serve it with sour cream on top for more flavor.
