  • Soft butter
    0,9 oz.
  • Eggs
    6 pcs.
  • Milk
    1,5 fl.oz.
  • Salt
    a pinch
  • All-purpose flour
    3 oz.
  • Dried tomatoes
    6 pcs.
  • Ham
    3 oz.
  • Dill
    3 sprigs
  • Red onion
    1,5 pcs.
  • Cheese (grated)
    1,5 oz.
  • Gorgonzola
    3,3 oz.
  • Camembert
    3,3 oz.
  • Sour cream
    2,7 fl.oz.

  • First add flour, soft butter, 1 egg, milk and a little salt to form the dough. Mix well until the necessary dough is formed.

  • Roll out the dough well with a rolling pin, cover the baking tray with baking paper and transfer the dough enough to cover the surface of the tray. Put another sheet of baking paper on top, cover the dough with something weighty, such as raw beans or any weights, so it doesn't lose its shape. Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 365° F.

  • Dice the onion, cut the ham and tomatoes in slices and transfer them all in a bowl. In another clean bowl, beat the eggs. Add the beaten eggs, grated cheese, sour cream and dill over the vegetables and ham. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Remove the dough from the oven. Remove the weight from above it and pour the mixture from the previous step. Return it to the oven and bake everything for 45 minutes at 365° F.


  • You can add any ingredients you like into the filling.

  • Use red onion and dried tomatoes for a unique taste.
