Quiche with Chicken and Vegetables

A delicious recipe with a combined taste of vegetables and chicken. The consistency is creamy and melts in your mouth.


  • All purpose flour
    10,6 oz.
  • Butter
    10,6 oz.
  • Sour cream (20%)
    10,1 fl.oz.
  • Baking powder
    3 tsp.
  • Broccoli
    21 oz.
  • Chicken breast

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt to taste and butter. Knead the dough by hands until you get a crumbly consistency. Add whipped cream and shape the dough into a smooth ball. Wrap the dough in foil and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Sauté the seasoned mushrooms with a little salt and pepper in a pan over medium heat. Remove the mushrooms when ready and add the seasoned chicken breast as well.

  • Boil broccoli for 4 minutes in boiling water with salt. Remove and put in cold water for 3 minutes.

  • Remove the dough, press the flour on top and spread it with the rolling pin. Coat the baking tray with dough.

  • For the filling, mix 3.38 fl.oz of heavy whipping cream, 3 eggs, salt and grated cheese.

  • To assemble, place the chicken breast, mushrooms, chopped pepper, broccoli and cherry tomatoes at the bottom of the pan. Pour over the egg, cream and cheese mixture. Put everything in the oven for 45 minutes at 365° F.


  • Serve it hot with a glass of white wine for dinner.
