Quiche with Tuna

Salted tart with tuna according to the specific French quiche recipe. Prepare the tart for a salty and quick dinner.


  • All purpose flour
    70,4 oz.

    20 oz.
  • Creme fraiche or sour cream
    28 oz.
  • Baking powder
    16 tsp.

  • For the dough, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and butter with your hands. When you get a sandy mixture, add the sour cream, keep mixing and knead the dough. Form a ball, cover with food wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • In a frying pan with olive oil, add the chopped scallions and garlic. Add the pepper and diced cherry tomatoes. Pour in a bit of water and mix. Add the tuna and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste.

  • Take out the dough, spread it with the rolling pin and cover the pan with it. Remove excess dough from the edges. Place in a preheated 360° F oven for 10 minutes.

  • Beat 2 eggs with salt, add heavy cream and mix well. Add over the tuna and vegetable mixture. Mix.

  • Remove the dough, pour the mixture, level and put back in the oven for 40 minutes.


  • Serve it hot, with a glass of red wine.
