Quick Zucchini and Egg Quiche

In addition to sweet tarts, we can also make savory tarts with a wide variety of vegetables, cheeses, beaten eggs. Another original quiche recipe, this time with zucchini as the main hero. It is prepared very quickly and does not contain dough. Definitely give it a try!


  • Eggs
    20 pcs.
  • Zucchini
    10 pcs.
  • Cheese
    8,8 oz.
  • Garlic
    5 cloves
  • Small onion
    1,3 pcs.
  • Salt and black pepper
    a pinch
  • Spices
    to taste

  • Beat the eggs and season. Cut the zucchini into circles, add it to the beaten eggs.

  • Grate the cheese, add finely chopped onion, garlic and mix everything with the eggs and zucchini. Season it with spices at your choice.

  • Pour the mixture into a baking tray covered with a baking sheet. Put everything in the oven to bake for 30 minutes at 365° F.


  • You can add a little bit of sour cream if you want to get a cremy texture.
