  • To prepare the dough, mix the flour and the butter by hand. Incorporate the salt and, gradually, one egg at a time using a whisk to mix. Place the formed dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  • Continue with the filling, start by finely chopping the bacon. Add as much bacon as you like. Dice the onion and pepper.

  • Heat a pan with olive oil, add the bacon and fry it for a few minutes until it takes on a little color.

  • In another pan, sauté the onion and then the pepper over low heat. At the end, add the spinach for a minute.

  •  Mix 2 eggs in a bowladd sour cream and spices.

  • Spread the dough on baking paper and form it into a round shape. Introduce the dough on a round shape. Place the dough at 356° F for 10 minutes in the oven.

  • Remove the dough, set down the filling, the grated cheese and the mixture from the eggs and sour cream. Cook the tart for 15 minutes in the same oven at 356° Fahrenheit.

  • Serve the Quiche warm.

  • To easily prepare the dough, measure the ingredients with a kitchen scale and use a blender to form it quicker.

  • Add spices (granulated garlic, sweet paprika, oregano) to give a more intense taste to the recipe.
