Method

  • 1. Cut loaf of bread in half, take out a bit of pulp.

    2. Brush vinaigrette over bread halves. Add spinach, sliced deli ham, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, grated cheese and tomatoes. Cover with the second half of the bread.

Tips

  • How to make hard-boiled eggs? Pour enough water into the pot (cover completely the eggs). Bring to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes. Cool and peel them.
