  • French baguette

  • Chicken breast
    1 pcs.
  • Hard cheese
    1 cups
  • Tomatoes
    2 pcs.
  • Sour cream

  • Heat the thick-bottomed frying pan, pour in olive oil . Brown breast chicken on both sides until golden brown (about 25 minutes). You can also bake meat in the oven. Season with salt and pepper, then cut into strips.

  • Cut baguette in half.

  • Grate hard cheese, then mix with sour cream. Rinse tomatoes, cut into thin rings.  Then brown the tomatoes in a frying pan on both sides for 10 seconds.

  • Make sandwich. Spread the bread with sour cream and cheese (leave a little mixture), then transfer chicken meat. Brown over moderate heat in a frying pan (about 2 minutes). Then transfer the tomatoes, spread again with sour cream and cheese mixture, close with other bread slice. Flip over to the other side, brown for about 2 minutes. The sandwich is ready!


  • Buy chicken meat with a light pink skin. Besides, it should have a very mild smell or no odor.
