In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, dill weed, lemon juice, salt, pepper.
Stir in boiled and chopped eggs and salmon.
Place the mixture on the bottom of each croissant; add spinach leaves and cover with croissant tops.
How to make boiled eggs? Pour enough water into the pot (cover completely the eggs). Bring to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes. Cool and peel them.
