Club sandwich appeared in USA at the end of 19th century. Firstly it was made of buttered toasts, white chicken, bacon, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Nowadays people add lettuce leaves and cheese. You can add any ingredients to sauce which you like most. Cook this tasty sandwich for breakfast or lunch.

Method

  • Toast the bread in a toaster or oven until golden brown.

  • Then take a skillet and brown the bacon until golden brown without oil.

  • Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together. Then brush each piece of bread with this sauce. Wash lettuce leaves. Then cut the turkey meat into slices, the tomatoes into rings.

  • Make sandwich. Put the ingredients on the toasted bread in the following order: lettuce leaves, 1 slice of cheese, turkey meat, tomatoes rings. Then brush the top of toast with mayonnaise and continue to make the sandwich. The second layer is 1 piece of cheese, a few slices of meat and bacon, lettuce leave and toast.

  • At the end poke the sandwich with 2 toothpicks to keep it from falling apart. Cut diagonally, and you will get 2 triangles.
