Boil the meat in a salted water (1-2 pinches) for 10 minutes. Take the chicken out of the liquid and set it aside to cool a little, while making the dough.
Break 2 eggs in a separate big bowl. Add the milk (a half of the cup per person) and 1 tablespoon of sour cream to them. The mixture should be smooth after being whisked. Season the mixture with salt and ground pepper. Next, add the flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Mix it all up.
The meat should be finely diced. The batter should now contain the meat and finely sliced green onions. In order to ensure that the batter has the right consistency, add any unrefined oil to the batter and stir well, using a spoon.
Bake, using the waffle maker. Before adding the initial batter, the waffle iron plates should be greased with unrefined oil. One tablespoon of batter is enough to make 1 waffle.
Serve the final dish hot or warm with sour cream on top.
Boil the fillet for 25 minutes or until it is tender.
Waffles should be cooked until lightly browned.
Your batter should have the consistency of pancake batter.
