Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add spices to taste, add sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and gradually pour in the flour, stirring all the time, so that no lumps form.
Pour the batter into a greased pan. Add the chopped tomatoes, sausage and greens. Sprinkle with cheese, cover the pan with the lid and cook over middle heat for 20-25 minutes.
The cheese should melt and the dough should brown. When it does, take the pizza out and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
