A recipe for those who do not want to spend a lot of time on breakfast, but still have a good and tasty meal. A minimum of ingredients and effort and a maximum of nourishment.


  • Sausage
    6 oz.
  • Hard cheese
    8 oz.
  • Big red Tomatoes
    2 pcs.
  • Eggs
    2 pcs.
  • Bread flour
    2 cups
  • Sour cream
    4 tbsp.
  • Mayonnaise
    4 tbsp.
  • Chopped greens
    6 oz.

  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add spices to taste, add sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and gradually pour in the flour, stirring all the time, so that no lumps form.

  • Pour the batter into a greased pan. Add the chopped tomatoes, sausage and greens. Sprinkle with cheese, cover the pan with the lid and cook over middle heat for 20-25 minutes.

  • The cheese should melt and the dough should brown. When it does, take the pizza out and enjoy a delicious breakfast.


  • Use any ingredients you want.

  • If the dough is too thick, add a little milk and one egg.
