Cut the sausage into slices or small cubes and mix it with the finely chopped (but first, washed) tomatoes and olives. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Slice the bread. Then, put the filling on top, sprinkle with cheese, decorate with the sausage slices, and put it in the oven, preheated to 350˚F, for 10-15 minutes. Done! Quick and delicious!
You can make this dish with any ingredients you want. We just suggest the classic recipe.
If you like unusual combinations of flavors, replace the white bread with black one. It will give your sandwich a slightly bitter taste of rye flour.
If the sandwich seems a little dry to you, you can additionally add some sliced pickles.
