No child goes without omelets with sausage and fresh vegetables for breakfast. Go back to your childhood and make this easy breakfast. It won't take you more than 15 minutes, but it will give you a lot of pleasant emotions.

Method

  • First, wash the tomatoes well and remove the stalks. Then, slice the sausage and tomatoes into small pieces, the cutting itself can be very different - from сoin slices, cubes, to straws. Put them into the pre-greased and heated pan. Whisk the eggs. Add the egg mixture and gently stir everything together until it sets underneath.

  • Add salt, pepper, and some other spices to your taste, for example, any Herbes de Provence spice blend. Cook for about 5-7 minutes under the lid on medium heat.

  • Cook it for fewer minutes if you prefer the center soft, or for longer if you prefer it firm or well cooked through. Done! Serve it with fresh-cut vegetables, soy sauce, or everyone's favorite ketchup.

Notes

  • It is recommended to eat the dish with bread for more nourishment.

  • You can sprinkle extra cheese on the omelet, about 2-3 minutes before it's ready.
