Sausages in Puff Pastry

This is definitely a recipe for the laziest of people. Sausages in dough are great because they can be prepared in just 20 to 25 minutes, are quite hearty, and are perfect for any meal, from breakfast to a night walks to the fridge, looking for something tasty.


  • Puff pastry

  • Sausage
    4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil
    8 tbsp.

  • Take out the pre-bought frozen slices with our puff pastry, separate them from each other and let them defrost.

  • Wrap each sausage in them. Grease our wraped sausages with oil and put them on a tray.

  • Bake the sausages in the oven for 30-40 minutes, then take them out and let cool a bit.


  • You can cut the slices into strips and wrap them around each sausage.

  • If you do not have an oven, you can fry sausages in puff pastry in a pan. They will be less puffy, but not as dry as they would be, if baked.
