Method

  • For easy blending, chop the strawberries and banana into small pieces.

  • Put the strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a mixer and blend for 2 good minutes. The texture has to be pretty liquid, not creamy!

  • Pour everything into a glass and enjoy your Banana-Strawberry Smoothie!

Tips

  • If you want to add more flavor to your smoothie, add a little honey. Two teaspoons of it will totally enhance the taste and make the smoothie unforgettable.
