Bloody Mary Smoothie

This is an extreme smoothie for those who want to start their day with a challenge. Bloody Mary is a popular drink all over the world. Why not make it a smoothie? It is actually pretty simple and takes only a few minutes, but afterwards you will be left with an unusually delectable beverage. It has a detectable tomato taste, therefore it is mostly suitable for those who are in search of a sour flavour.


  • Tomatoe
    4 pcs.
  • Canned crushed tomatoes
    4 tbsp.
  • Avocado
    10 oz.
  • Tabasco sauce
    20 dashes
  • Fresh lemon juice
    4 tbsp.
  • Chopped red onion
    0,7 oz.
  • Garlic
    2 cloves
  • Salt
    2 tsp.
  • Black pepper
    a pinch
  • Ice cubes
    16 cubes


  • Cut the onion, avocado and tomatoes into thin slices. This step will facilitate blending and make the consistency creamier. 

  • Put every ingredient in the blender and mix. Be attentive; the beverage needs to be smooth and velvety, like cream. After a good blending, serve the smoothie and drink afterwards.


  • If you prefer a more sour taste, use Worcestershire sauce.

  • For some, a Bloody Mary Smoothie might be too hot, and therefore, instead of using garlic, black pepper, and onion, try using parsley. It will eliminate the bitter taste and give the smoothie a more original taste.
