  • Peel the carrot and dice it into small cubes. Do the same with the apple.

  • The following ingredients have to be put into the blender: the cut apple and carrot, cinnamon, fresh orange juice, and ice cubes. After that, pour it into a beautiful glass and serve the smoothie.
